Free learning—with the right access.
This path is for people currently receiving Mysti’s services who want a staff-approved learning invitation. Creating a general website account does not verify client status or open restricted learning.
Staff approval required. Do not pay for a course to receive client services. A request is not approval. Your existing services are not determined by taking a course.
Before you enter: the learning-access check
Discuss these questions with your assigned staff contact through your existing secure communication channel—not a public website form:
1. Which learning topic would help with your next step?
2. Which email do you use for your general learner account? Staff use it to send the correct learning invitation after review.
3. Do you need a different format, language or accessibility support? Share only what is needed to arrange access.
4. Have you already received an invitation, or are you requesting one? Do not share another person’s invitation or account.
How approval works
Request: ask your assigned staff contact for learning access using the questions above. Review: staff check the existing service record and appropriate course access in Mysti’s protected system. Invitation: approved learners receive an individual course invitation. Join: use the account named in your invitation. A website selection or self-description alone is not approval.
The site does not collect client-verification documents. Do not upload diagnoses, Medicaid numbers, case records or identity documents to Wix, public chat or a learning-profile field. Verification stays in Mysti’s protected service systems.

Call Mysti’s at (800) 524-4827 and ask for learning-access assistance, or use the general contact page to request a secure follow-up. Do not include sensitive service details in the public contact form. This is not an instant approval or a promise of a response time.

Current-client course access is separate from free samples, agency-funded seats and future individual purchases. The nine client-learning courses are set to invitation-only access. Requests and verification are handled by staff, not automatically approved by this website.
