HOUSING OPPORTUNITY — (Native American Populations only)

Permanent supportive housing units are available in King County for our clients who qualify for our programs and meet Native American/tribal affiliation requirements.

Eligibility Includes:

• 18 or older

• Medicaid eligible/Enrolled in our programs

• Meets HUD Chronic Homelessness criteria

• Income at or below 30% AMI

• Must have tribal affiliation (serve all Native/Indigenous communities)

• Coordinated Entry enrollment required

Unit Details:

• Studio units

• Rent is 30% of income

• On-site case management & supportive services

• Accessible building, pet-friendly, community spaces

• Located in Seattle

How to Apply:

Clients who believe they qualify should:

1. Speak with their current case manager at Mysti’s immediately to be referred OR
