What's Available at Mysti's Right Now

It's easy for a blog to fall behind on what an organization actually offers, so here's a straightforward update: this is what MystiCares Adult & Family Services currently highlights on our website, in plain language, with no jargon.

Three areas of support

MystiCares Adult & Family Services helps people explore housing, employment, benefits, and other social supports across Washington. Here's what's currently highlighted on our website:

  • Housing navigation and support — connecting eligible participants with housing-focused support and next-step planning.

  • Supported employment — helping eligible participants explore employment goals, preparation, and connections to work-related support.

  • Benefits and social-support navigation — helping people understand and pursue available resources such as benefits, health programs, and other social supports.

Every one of these is program-specific: eligibility, availability, and county coverage vary, and we don't guarantee housing, financial assistance, or other outcomes. Our team starts by asking questions about your situation, explaining what may be available, and letting you know the next step.

Broadly, our team works with people facing barriers to stable housing, employment, and other social supports. What a plan looks like depends on your specific situation, but the starting point is the same conversation for everyone who reaches out.

Already a client, or just getting started?

Current clients can reach their case manager or check on an enrollment through our contact page. If you're exploring services for the first time, that same page is where to start — you'll share what kind of support you're looking for, and our team will help you find the right next step.

Looking to refer someone, or partner with us?

Agencies, case managers, and housing providers can start a referral or a partnership conversation on our Partners page.

Find us on WA 2-1-1

MystiCares is also listed on WA 2-1-1, Washington's resource network for housing, crisis support, and more — another way to find us if you're searching by need rather than by name.

Programs and partnerships change over time, and we'll keep updating this space as they do. If something you read here doesn't match what you find on our website when you visit, trust the live page — it's the one we keep current day to day.
