This is Mysti's working directory of housing and help resources for Clark County, Washington (Vancouver, Battle Ground, Camas, Washougal, Ridgefield and surrounding areas). Every link below was opened and every waitlist status was quoted from its source on September 19, 2026. We re-check the whole page monthly (next refresh: October 2026). Statuses change without notice — confirm directly with the agency before you count on anything.

A straight word about rent help: Mysti's helps some clients with move-in, rent, or utility costs, but only through specific funded programs, only when you meet that program's eligibility, and only while funds last. Nobody — not us, not any agency — can promise it. Work your county's Coordinated Entry, 2-1-1, housing authorities, and the local programs below at the same time as anything you do with us.

Vancouver Housing Authority (VHA)

  • Columbia Non-Profit Housing (CNPH) — Low-income seniors, persons with disabilities, and families Properties and waitlists are managed by Vancouver Housing Authority; check VHA's Open Wait Lists page. Site states: 'Our properties and waitlists are managed by Vancouver Housing Authority.' Established by VHA in 1981; operates 13 properties, 400+ apartments. Apply / availability

  • Second Step Housing — People who are homeless needing housing; also manages permanent affordable housing 'If you are homeless and in need of housing, please call the Housing Hotline at 360-695-9677.' Permanent affordable housing inquiries: Key Property Services (360) 695-1538. No self-service waitlist status published on the page checked.

  • Share Vancouver — People experiencing homelessness/food insecurity (shelters, meals, housing advocacy) No direct application/waitlist details found on homepage during this check; contact Share directly. Homepage did not list current shelter/housing availability; contact page (sharevancouver.org/contact-us/) returned a broken link on 2026-09-19.

Rent help and eviction prevention (funding-dependent)

These programs open and close as funding arrives and runs out, often within weeks. Call first, ask what is open today, and ask what documents to bring. If you have an eviction notice, contact the legal help below the same day — do not move out just because you received a notice.

Funding-dependent; confirm current availability by phone.

  • Clark County Community Action Program · 2-1-1 (Clark County Community Services) — Low-income Clark County households Call 2-1-1 or visit 211info.org Funds nonprofits for rent/mortgage assistance with case management, energy assistance.

Share Vancouver's dedicated contact page also 404'd on 2026-09-19 — use main site or Housing Hotline instead. Clark County Food Bank phone number was not present on the homepage content loaded.
