Washington Housing Waitlists: What's Open Right Now

This is a statewide snapshot of Washington housing-authority waitlists — Housing Choice Vouchers (Section 8), public housing, project-based vouchers and senior/disabled properties — as each housing authority posted them on October 1, 2026. We checked every housing authority serving all 39 counties and quoted the status in its own words. Lists open and close without notice, and a status can change the week we publish. Before you count on anything, confirm directly with that housing authority.
