Every link below was opened and every waitlist status was quoted from its source on September 19, 2026. We re-check the whole page monthly (next refresh: October 2026). Statuses change without notice — confirm directly with the agency before you count on anything.

A straight word about rent help: Mysti's helps some clients with move-in, rent, or utility costs, but only through specific funded programs, only when you meet that program's eligibility, and only while funds last. Housing Authority of Snohomish County (HASCO)

  • Housing Hope & HopeWorks — Families and individuals experiencing or at risk of homelessness in Snohomish County and Camano Island All apartments for households experiencing homelessness are filled through Snohomish County's Coordinated Entry System — call VOAWW at 1-800-223-8145 for a Housing Navigator and to be placed on the Coordinated Entry list. Quote: 'Coordinated Entry is the ONLY way to access low income housing available in Snohomish County and Skagit County.' Apply / availability

Rent help and eviction prevention (funding-dependent)

These programs open and close as funding arrives and runs out, often within weeks. Call first, ask what is open today, and ask what documents to bring. If you have an eviction notice, contact the legal help below the same day — do not move out just because you received a notice.

  • VOAWW Connect / Coordinated Entry-linked rental assistance and rapid rehousing · 1-800-223-8145 (Coordinated Entry) / 800-223-8145 (rapid rehousing per CCSWW page) (Volunteers of America Western Washington) — Households literally homeless or at imminent risk, needing rapid rehousing or rental assistance Call 1-800-223-8145 to access Coordinated Entry, which screens for rapid rehousing and other rental-assistance programs. Funding-dependent; confirm current availability by phone.
